Chinese tea making. During my AAS 220 course group presentations, there was a group that explained chinese tea making. What they didnt explain was the massive volume that this is practiced under.
Every where you go, there is a specialist that would make tea for you, right then and there. And it tastes A LOT better than tea bags in a cup. It's so much more flavorful and the quality is just too overwhelming compared to even chinese tea in america.
My uncle makes tea the traditional way twice a day, and it's so good. The technique that is put into it and the amount of skill that is used shows with the tea. My aunt is a newbie tea maker and the tea she makes is stronger than the ones that my uncle makes.
The difference really shows.
